I dont want to cry!

and I haven't yet. Its a major breakthrough for me. Every CD1 I am on the verge of tears all day long. But I guess it makes it easier when I knew it wasn't going to work from the beginning.

I read someones post the other day (i forget who) and totally took their advice and went SHOPPING!! I was down and out today and figured on lunch I would take a quick trip to the mall. It was well worth it, cause I found a lot of cute shorts for a good price! It definitely made me happier and cheered me up. Boo for day one, Yeah for shopping!

Its so funny that when I am in my 2ww - I tend to eat A LOT! I don't know if I think I "may" be prego, or just tend to be more hungry around that time of my cycle. And then of course when I get my period I starve myself because I ate like such a pig, and for no good reason! haha Ok I don't starve myself, but I totally don't eat as much as I do during that 2ww. I could also eat more, to busy myself and to not think about it all. Anyone else go through the same thing?

Now I am tired and just want the day to end. I want to plop my butt on the couch and not move for hours. But I am going to try and get to my aerobics class tonight. That will definitely make me feel better, always does.

Have a good night ladies!!!

  1. (((HUGS))) AF sucks, that's all I can say.

Shopping really does help sometimes though, hey? Even if only for a day to cheer you up.

I don't eat a lot during AF either, but just because I physically don't have much of an appetite.

    Take care!

  2. Sorry about AF Ashley! I'm glad the retail therapy helped.

I find that a day or two before AF, I want to eat everything in sight! (NOT a good thing! I do my best to resist) Oh, and there are 2 lbs that come on 3-4 days before she gets here, then leave a day after she does.

  6. Sorry to hear it! AF found me to - retail therapy works wonders it does! This time around I found my artwork and a bottle of wine as my own personal therapy. Hang in there!
